The RAFT operates many different services throughout Niagara, all under a common vision of providing the youth with the resources and tools they need to lead independent and healthy lives. We provide both preventative and reactive services to best suit the needs of the youth. For youth who have run out of options and have no other place to go we offer our Hostel Shelter.
The Hostel meets the immediate needs and provides resources to set youth on a new path towards independence and self-sufficiency. For other youth facing homelessness, we offer our Youth Reconnection Services. Our Community Development Initiatives work to create healthy communities in an effort to prevent youth from needing emergency services in the future.
Our hope that through our services, youth can have their needs met and acquire the tools they need to lead a successful life.
